DISASTER PREPAREDNESS:

This course is designed for families and businesses that want a preplanned, structured response to a natural or man made disaster.  The focus on this class is to ensure everyone knows exactly what to do, where to go, and who to contact in the event a disaster strikes.

This course includes:
  • Evaluation and recognition of safe zones in your area
  • "How to" structured easy to follow evacuation plan
  • Basic first aid
  • Self survival techniques
  • Fire safety

 
 



PERSONAL SAFETY AND AWARENESS FOR WOMEN:
 
This course is designed to help women defend themselves when faced with a hostile individual that intends to inflict grave harm or death upon them.  This course focuses on prevention by awareness.  We teach ways to minimize situations where you are more likely to become a target of violence.  We also teach escape and elude techniques using the Kubaton or pocket baton.  This is a "compliance by pain" tool that is used to strike pressure sensitive areas of the human body.

This course includes:"How to" structured easy to follow evacuation pl
 
  • Situational awareness exercises
  • Introduction to the use of chemical agents
  • Use of the Kubaton
  • All participants receive a Kubaton upon completion of the course






TACTICAL RESPONDER:

This is a 40 hour course designed for police, corrections, and other groups that could find themselves or team members in an life threatening emergency while in a hostile environment.  This course can be structured to utilize existing tactical procedures of your group.  We also evaluate and suggest recommendations to better utilize your local EMS agencies in future tactical situations.

This course includes:
  • Introduction to basic anatomy
  • Airway management
  • Bleeding control
  • Blast injury management
  • Burn management
  • Full tactical scenarios to ensure understanding
  • All students receive a certificate of completion
 




Pet CPR and First Aid:

This course is designed for families and individuals  that have dogs or cats and want to learn basic life saving skills in the event of an emergency  The focus on this class is to ensure individuals know exactly what to do, and who to contact in the event their pet is in an emergency situations

This course includes:
  • How to recognize an emergency situation involving pets
  • CPR skills for pets
  • Basic first aid for pets
  • Situations when to seek emergency vet care
